We have made it as easy as possible to order the lovely toddie products. You choose the products you like, place them in the shopping cart and then complete your order. After you have placed your order you will receive an email with the order confirmation.

Return Policy
Do you want to return the order? Then you must indicate within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase.
Custom-made products cannot be returned. If you have any questions about this, please contact us in advance.
- The following rules apply to returns:
- Within 30 days you need to indicate that you renounce the purchase, this must be done by e-mail to info@toddie.au.
- You have 14 days after notification of return to send the product back
- The products that are being returned have not been used and are undamaged and must - as far as reasonably possible - be returned in the original packaging
- If the products are dirty or damaged, then toddie.au will assess whether a reduction in value will be counted
- The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless toddie.au and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
